I only got one email on 01/04/2022
Does this mean that there will be a delay in getting the cert?
Anyone receives 1 email but still get the cert within 3 weeks?
Yes I sent them email last week and this reply I got
Thank you for your email.
I can confirm that the Division has engaged in concentrated effort to process and complete all cases that remain outstanding for a considerable period of time. Please be assured that we will revert immediately once your certificate has been completed. Your patience in this matter is appreciated.

I got approval letter on 15th Feb..and paid fees and sent documents on 21st February..
Every case is different.. I got 2 emails and it has been almost 6 weeks since i submitted fees and sent docs still .I am waiting for cert even it says application status " completed " .. so I guess they treat every application differently..
Did you try to chase for your cert? Write in perhaps?
When did you get approved and pais the fees?
Hi Shelter,
Try to write to them by post? They may have sent it to you, maybe it was lost in the post. Does anyone else have the same issue as Shelter?
I did write to them same copy and paste emails...

At this point I don't know what to do ..
Either write to the minister or enquire with a solicitor. They did say if not received within 6 weeks you can contact them.
on the envelope - Did you address it to the declaration department (where you sent the fidelity)?

The approval letter we received stated at the top in bold -
"This letter does not constitute a grant of certificate of naturalisation or permission to enter or to remain in the state"
We got approved so why did they state this sentence - It does not make sense. Is it after approval and payment we can still get rejected?

Essentially: "You don't pay and complete the process then you're not a citizen" is all they are saying with that.
You'll only be rejected if you fail to complete the process so it's all on the applicant.

I am buying a property and if I showed this letter for mortgage purposes to my bank then the bank will question me more. Is there anywhere you know that provides info that stated once the declaration is sent and fee paid and processed - we are as good as Irish?

Having not been in your situation I honestly can't say. My gut would say that the best you can do is share this and explain and if they query it wait until you have the certificate.
Sorry I can't be of more help.

I was asked after my vetting declaration is shared to the citizenship department.

I have seen one member NF13 who was asked PCC from abroad after evetting who eventually got approval.
May I know from what country have they asked you to produce PCC? Just curious.

Do they just send one cert once a week? So far only seen 2 certs received in April.
It is not like they have so many approvals letters sent out, why they are still so slow in sending the certs out.
It is so frustrating dealing with them. Cannot wait to get this over with.

I got the e-mail stating that my payment has been processed. I checked on the JAHS portal and the submission has gone to the completed stage. Hoping this is the beginning of the end.
Anybody have any idea how long before I "should" receive the certificate?

One of the answer here - yes from Citizenship Help desk team 2,from another side it is controversial information from them could be, the answer is going from one mate who asked to provide it
