What documents required from Employer for Caregiver visa

Hi,
My employer recently received my defined COS for caregiver visa. I am in the process to apply for Healthcare visa soon. The start date of employment (when HO requested further information) provided 23/4/22 but employer received the COS reference after that date. So, in addition to COS letter what other documents (i.e. employer contact letter, amended start date and reason) and information I need to submit in my application which I need to seek from employer.

Nothing further required from your employer.

In the application you'll only need to enter the number of the CoS but it would be a good idea to ask the employer for a copy of the actual CoS so that you can check that the details in it are correct

Thank you so much for your input. Should I worry about the start date of employment in COS letter? I already asked employer to amend the date to 1st week of June in their SMS system. Does it affect visa date?

No need to worry, just wait for the visa, the "valid from" date will be on it.

It took employer nearly 2 months.
