NHS Surcharge

Post by nikitasha8 » Tue May 03, 2022 1:13 pm

Hello

Please can you answer the question for me as i ma little confused.

If someone has come to the country as Student dependent and has paid NHS surcharge till May 2023, but that person is now applying for visa as skilled worker on 3 year route. Does this person need to pay another NHS surcharge from May 2022 - May 2023 (which has already been paid as part of student dependent visa) or just pay for the remaining 2 years after May 2023 - May 2025?

Thanks in advance

IHS is payable for the duration of the Skilled Worker visa, regardless of previous IHS paid.
