US Business visa holder for tourism

I recently got my US B1 visa (business). The visa was stamped as B1/B2 for 10 years. I m planning to travel for tourism after my business trip. I want to know if need to apply for B2 (tourist) visa separately again.

The visa was stamped as B1/B2 for 10 years.

If the stamped visa type is a B1/B2 you don't need to apply for any other visa to visit the US for tourism or leisure purposes.
