Extension visa for ILR dependent (previously Tier 2 General)

I got ILR in Sep 2019 (Tier 2 General Route)
My wife is currently on Tier 2 General Dependent.
Her current Tier 2 General Dependent visa expiring on Aug 2022
She will complete 5 years as dependent on me in Dec 2022

What visa should I apply for her before she is eligible for ILR (or equivalent)?

It will be a 3y extension and 3y IHS payable.
