Skilled worker dependent Visa

Hi,

How soon can my wife apply for a dependent visa to join me in the UK?

I am thinking to sponsor her and the arrival date will be in October. Can I apply in mid of July? 3 months before her arrival date?

Whenever she wants. Once approved, the initial visa vignette will have 3 months validity, during which she can enter the UK.
