Stamp 1G Renewal

My wife currently has a Stamp 1G and I'm on Stamp 4 post CSWP. My stamp is valid for 2 years and hers is only for 1, so this time she'll have to renew only hers.

I didn't find much information online about what documentation is required in this case. I'm thinking of still adding all my documents, including the original work permit, but any advice would be appreciated

Same documents, as I assume work permit is still valid.

The work permit is expired. As I mentioned, I'm on stamp 4 at the moment.

Just the same set of documents that you used when applying for her first 1G. CSEP being expired or not does not matter here. You should put in a brief explanation in the application form that your CSEP has expired and has been granted Stamp 4. Attach a copy of your Stamp 4 as well.
