Adults are naturalised.
Children are registered - presumably child was born before you got ILR.
Link for the guidance plus online application: https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... n-form-mn1

There was no need or requirement to apply for her ILR. Once either parent got ILR, you could have simply applied to Register her as British. A UK born child does not need ILR or a valid visa to Register as British.

Applying for Passport or Registration on form MN1? They are two separate applications.

Are you applying for her passport or for her registration as a British citizen on Form MN1?

They are two separate and distinct applications.

You can only apply for her passport after she has been issued a registration certificate.

EDIT: Overtaken by CR001.

You need to read the questions in context. If they do not apply to you, ignore them. The 3 documents are not relevant.

Hi

i am in process of applying my daughters MN1 they are asking for referee which defination of refree states what is written at the botom

Each referee should know the applicant personally. Where the applicant is a child applying, one referee should be a professional who has engaged with the child in a professional capacity, such as a teacher, health visitor, social worker or minister of religion

i have called GP and the school of my daughter they are not providing me any reference in that case can we add a business owner as a reference ? and one of our family friend she is British Citizen

i have just gone through the guidance it says
• If the application is for a child, one referee should be a professional who has
engaged with the child in a professional capacity, such as a teacher, health
visitor, social worker or minister of religion. The other referee must normally be
Page 18 of 28
the holder of a British citizen passport and either a professional person or over
the age of 25.

it means any person age the above 25 with a good character holding a British passport can be a referee
