ILR under 18 years old

hi

My friend is applying for ILR on the basis of 10 years Long Residence .She is applying with 2 children one is over 18 and other one is under 18.
We are ok with the applications for over 18 .
For child under 18 on the basis of 10 years route i understand there is NO English and Life in UK required

but is there any specific form ? or any other specific requirements ?

Each applicant must meet all the requirements individually on their own.
