Citizenship ceremony

Is it possible have your citizenship ceremony with another council than the one selected during application? My local council (Leeds) only offer ceremonies on a Thursday - there is no way for me to attend on a Thursday due to work.

Difficult and lengthy process if you did not state another council in your application.
