UK Family Visitor visa (have to enter uk in 28 days?)

Hi

My sister has got her appeal approved, so I would like to know if there is any rule defined that she has to enter UK within 28 days of issuance of visa?

I cannot find this info. anywhere but have heard it from some of my friends!

Anywhere from 6-20 weeks.
