Well it's good news for your friend but it's not really helpful for other people waiting for approval.
why bro, it this mean they will keep send approval with swearing the oath of fidelitymentalmind wrote: ↑Wed May 25, 2022 1:34 amWell it's good news for your friend but it's not really helpful for other people waiting for approval.
These people are annoying. Does that mean the ceremony will no longer hold? Some of us got an approval letter lastweek without the oath of fidelity letter and was told to pay within 10days.ailA2019 wrote: ↑Wed May 25, 2022 4:32 amwhy bro, it this mean they will keep send approval with swearing the oath of fidelitymentalmind wrote: ↑Wed May 25, 2022 1:34 amWell it's good news for your friend but it's not really helpful for other people waiting for approval.
He is not annoying. He was trying to help by informing us that some people still receive the fidelity by post. I think it's very helpful.... It gives an idea and this is what this forum is about.Ruth87 wrote: ↑Wed May 25, 2022 4:08 pmThese people are annoying. Does that mean the ceremony will no longer hold? I wasn't referring to him. "These people" I meant staff working at Inis not him.joleneeee wrote: ↑Wed May 25, 2022 9:49 pmHe is not annoying. Vorona wrote: ↑Thu May 26, 2022 2:48 pmAnonymous petitions have little to no credibility. If you strongly believe in something and want to be taken seriously when appealing to a representative of the Government department, then you need to speak openly and use your real name. There's absolutely no reason to hide behind initials like if you're afraid of something.

This is fantastic news! This means they are still sending the oath of fidelity form via post, potentially for a few more months until the next in-person ceremonies in December. Keeping both systems makes sense to clear the backlogailA2019 wrote: ↑Wed May 25, 2022 4:32 amwhy bro, it this mean they will keep send approval with swearing the oath of fidelitymentalmind wrote: ↑Wed May 25, 2022 1:34 amWell it's good news for your friend but it's not really helpful for other people waiting for approval.
I think Irish Citizenship ceremonies are special in the fact that they are usually held at certain times to make sure all the new irish citizens can come and celebrate together, not like in the UK and other countries where its usually seen as no more than an administrative formality held in a small room.yorkshire_lad wrote: ↑Tue May 24, 2022 4:28 pmHello,
I have just posted a petition to request more citizenship ceremonies every year.
