Caseworker requested more information

Hi, i have applied for Citizenship fromlast November.
I received an email today from HO requesting more information and i replied to the email with the required information but haven't received notification that they received my email? Is this normal?
How long will take till I will get a decision?

It happens when it happens. November till date means you're just getting to the 6 months mark! Nothing unusual yet.
No sin in failing, you just have to try and try again!
