How to apply for FOI Need to apply for wife

Hello everyone, We applied wife’s application in 1 week of April 2021 we didn't get any letter or update since except Payment receipt and Application.
I would like to know how to apply for FOI so we can see what was done on her application since we posted it to them also what shall we write and request on letter what information we need like how we start and what to ask for I would appreciate if someone who knows about this or anyone been through it thanks in advance

as a dec 2021 applicant with nothing at all besides passport, im afraid its pretty normal, but give FOI a shot and let us know!
