FLR(M) or FLR(FP) for spouse

Post by nomi82 » Sun May 22, 2022 2:08 pm

Hi I need to know my wife visa was flr fp 2.5 years not meeting the financial requirement. He extension is due in September 2022. I m British citizen plus 2 kids also British citizen. My financial circumstances are still same.
Problem Im on Universal credit and my payslips are with me but the money in getting is in cash which is not reflecting on my bank statement. From next month I will get it transfer into my account I forget about her extension my bad. 4 months bank statements and payslips will be enough to satisfy along with all the other documents. Please advise me. Thanks

I believe if those 4x months are used in the formula to meet the financial requirement then yes
(i.e average of those 4 months * 12 months)

If not then you need to show 1 years worth of payslips
