Help needed urgently very stressed out.

I was a overstayer till June 2017 when I got the flro visa on basis of British Child -10 year route. I then changed this to spouse visa in Dec 2019 to qualify for quicker ilr . My extension for spouse visa is coming up. Someone told me after December 2019 they have added/changed suitability requirements and now they might reject my application due to overstaying that I did before I received my flro visa in July 2017?

Please I am very stressed out. Is this true?
