COS start date and Date we plan to arrive in the UK and consent forms

Hi,
1. My COS work start date stated 20/06/22 whereas my Biometric date from VFS (from the outside UK) is 13/06/22. I stated the Date you plan to arrive in the UK on 30/06/22.
Will that be an issue as I received the COS certificate bit late?
2. I and my husband (dependant) are applying. Do I need to fill in "Consent for the Home Office to verify" all 3 parts or only parts 1 and 2. the employer sponsoring us.

your help would be much appreciated.
