'Cannot show your details' message/no time limit BRP

Has anyone experienced the following:
Holder of BRP no time limit/settlement is reyimg to access their details to prove right to work.

Error message reads:
WE CANNOT SHOW YOUR DETAILS.
To prove your right to work to na employer contact UK Visa and Immigration.


Is this just a glitch in the system? HO helpline is busy all the time.

I think it may be a glitch because I was getting the same message last week but I checked again this week and could see my status again.
