ILR after 5 years HSMP

Post by peter786 » Tue Nov 11, 2008 5:14 pm

Friends
My HSMP application was approved on 27.01.2004 and was incountry application as I was doing clinical attachment in a hospital but the passport has a stamp of HSMP visa dating 17.02.2004 till 27.01.2005.
Can anyone please advise me what should be the date for applying ILR as I am thinking to apply on 27.12.2008.
Am I right?
Thanks

I think that you may apply for settlement between [17 February 2009 - 28 days (4 weeks)] and 27 January 2009.

i.e. between 20 January 2009 and 27 January 2009.
