You applied in the UK and the date of the visa stamp is 17-02-2004, therefore, 5 years from that date you will qualify for ILR. But the confusion is this that why they had given me visa till 27.01.2005 and inline I got extensions till 27.01.2006 and then till 27.01.2009.
