Hi,
Asking the question on behalf of a friend (shared account).
He is eligible to apply for ILR in Jan 2023, he was on Tier 4 visa (first entered the UK as a non-tourist in 2015), switched to Tier 5 (youth mobility) in 2016, then switched to Tier 2 from Jan 2018, and at last to BN(O) HK visa in 2021.
Questions regarding the travel history and proof of living
1) Does he only need to provide the travel history of the eligible period (5 years) from Tier 2 (Jan 2018) to Jan 2023? Or from first entry to the UK since 2015 as Tier 4?
2) For proof of living, he had the stamp for the Tier 2 (Jan 2018), but not every trips during the 5 years period - is this sufficient to be the proof?
Thank you very much for any advice anyone can share.
