Has anything like the following happened to anyone else?
I need to pay the certificate fee and upload pictures, etc. for a minor naturalisation application. I have everything ready--except I can't actually seem to register for an account on the portal.
I'm going in circles on this. I've been trying for a couple of days now. I've tried multiple email addresses, checked all spam folders, etc. thoroughly, and I simply have not received any activation email. I can't create a new account using the same email addresses I've already tried, and I also can't reset the password on the system for an existing email that I used to try starting an account because the account isn't yet activated.
Any advice on either who to contact for tech problems with the online portal or any other possible workarounds?
