Hello there, My payslip looks the same as well. Infact this is one of the statndard PAYE payslip formats. More formats are on the same website:

(Scroll Down)

I recetly applied for Tier-1 and sent my 12 months original payslips and did not get any of them signed by my employers.

I believe there is no need to get these signed/stamped, but this is my personal opinion and I might be wrong.

Also, I have not received any information on my Tier-1 application yet, so I cannot confirm that not getting them signed/stamped works.

There is no need to get your payslips signed.

I got mine approved and the payslips are in the same format as the link. You dont have to get it signed and sealed.
