Skilled worker visa question

Hello

I am a citizen of Vanuatu. I came without a visa to the UK as my passport gives 6 months of leave to stay in the UK.

Am I eligible to apply for a skilled worker visa while I am in the UK? Do I need to go back to my country or apply there?

If admitted Image as a visitor, then SW 1.5.(a) prevents you from switching in the UK.

Hi Vinny,

Thanks for the quick reply this is my 3rd time in the UK.

1st never gave any stamp on my passport.

2nd stamp was there.

3rd current one does not have any stamp or like in the image, so can i apply for a visa in the UK?
