British born Indian passport holder ILR

Hi ,

My son is British born 3 years old . He has Indian passport and tier 2 dependent visa

Can we apply for Naturalisation directly or gor for ILR

Pls share your inputs

You can register him as British in form MN1 once either parent is granted ILR.
