This would be my last set of questions as my wife is the last person to settle in our family. Keep up the good work and I am happy to help this community in anyway possible. Wife's Immigration history
1. Leave to enter as PSB spouse dependent (2.5 years)(2013)
2. Leave to remain as PSB spouse dependent (1.5 years)(2015)
3. Converted to Spouse of a settled person (Due to my 10 year ILR route) (2.5 years) (2017)
4. Spouse of a settled person renewal (2.5 years) (2020 Dec)
5. ILR due on the 20th July 2022
Question 1:
I noticed that the eligibility for Partner (Family Visa) has a 5 years of continuous years requirement https://www.gov.uk/indefinite-leave-to- ... amily-visa.
But due to COVID-19 me and my wife got stuck in India for 116 days in 2020. Please refer her entry and exit list. She was also had a break of 99 days and stayed in India during her maternity but that was on her PSB dependent visa which was earlier to this 5 year period.
Home office in their application asked us to enter all our entry and exits and this raises the question.
Does this affect her ILR application in anyway?
Question 2:
My wife is in-between jobs and she is already in her notice period and she is joining the new company after we will send out the application. How and when to inform home office? Can I attach a letter along with the job contract for the new job?
Question 3:
We are also moving our home and we will move after we send out her application. How and when should I inform the home office.
