I just came to the UK and wanted to know the most effective ways of finding a job?

Should we go to the recruitment offices directly or call them and apply for jobs on their website?

Well, one way is to contact them on phone and request them to accept your CV for their current job listings and then send your CV thro' email.
check out for your specific field which agencies are more appropriate. check this site :
