Tier 1 General Documents Checklist - Pls verify

Hi,

I applied for the tier 1 general visa on 5th Nov 2008 at the Mumbai centre.

Here are the docs which I submitted. Pls verify if this is good enough, and if I need to submit anything else as I am really anxious that I may have missed some document. I had a cover letter for each section.

1. VAF9 and Appendix 1

Age Verification

a. Original Passport - 0 points claimed

2. Education Qualifications - 30 points claimed
a. Bachelor's degree from Mumbai University
b. Final Year Marksheets

3. Previous Earnings: - 45 points claimed

a. Payslips for last 12 months - stamped and signed by HR
b. Bank Statements for last 12 months - stamped and signed by the bank
c. Income Tax Returns for the last 2 years

4. English Language a. - 10 points claimed

Certificate from university stating degree was taught in english.

5. Maintenance Funds - 10 points claimed

a. Bank Statements for last 3 months - duly stamped and signed by HSBC bank

Is this list good enough? Do I need to submit anything else? Pls let me know.

They are good enough, only things you did not mention here is

whether your bank statements are on the bank stationery (with bank logo)
and
if you are married, your marriage registration certificate is mandatory

Yes, the bank statements are on the bank stationery and has the bank logo. I have also submitted the marriage certificate.

Hi,
Where is the column to fill current employer details (like HR contacts) in the application form. I couldn't find it anywhere. Is there any form to be filled other than VAF9 & Appendix1 docuemnts?

Can you please explain me the Integra process at VFS centre?

HR Contacts and other information have to be filled in Appendix1, at a place they ask the contact information from which they can verify the authenticity of the information.

A more detailed information is requested in Integra form, which would be given in VFS center when you are applying.

Thanks for the information Ramgsk. I have few more questions,

1. Do you have sample Integra form?

2. Also, Can you please tell me what is the section number in Appendix1 document where I need to fill this information?

3. Can you please tell me where I need to specify the mailing address where all my documents along with passport has to be posted after stamping the visa? I can see Part4 of VAF9 document contains "Your Contact Details Section". Are they going to mail the stamped visa to full residential address specified in that section?

4. How and where can I mention about special courier services?
