Error in visa type for dependant application

Hi there,

I had applied for a skilled worker dependant child for my daughter. But, her permission to stay was granted against Temporary/Social Worker Child. After waiting for almost 10 days for BRP, I sent the query to the home office. I received their response saying they have assigned a case worker. It has been more than a month since I have not received any response from the case worker. They have specifically asked not to reply to email and that the case worker should get in touch.

I have travel planned in September, I am not really sure how to get in touch with them to enquire about my case.

Please advise.
