My wife came to the UK on a spouse visa and it’s nearly 5 years since she came.

Passport Entry Clearance Vignette:
11/07/2017 to 10/08/2017

UK Entry: 03/08/2017

1st BRP valid from 11/07/2017 to 11/04/2020


Applied for FLR & granted on 20/01/2020

Current BRP valid from 20/01/2020 to 17/08/2022


I would like to apply for SET M and wanted to know if it is ok to apply now? When can we apply the earliest by?

You can apply right now as she became eligible to apply since 06.07.2022. Endeavour to submit the application before the expiration of her current leave.
