ILR Question– Are all 5 years P60 & Pay Slips required

Post by xiaoweiwei » Thu Nov 13, 2008 8:52 pm

I am due for ILR next month with 5 years qualifying period of WP+HSMP.
Now the problem is that the first 3 months of the WP period I didn’t get paid fully WP required amount. After the first 3 months I was paid WP required amount and got higher pay every year.

My question is that
1. will HO find out the tax shortfall of the beginning 3 months?
2. What are the consequences if HO find out that?
Should I wait for another 3 more months to ensure I have paid enough tax to cover the whole 5 years? The only thing concerns me is that HO changes rule so quickly just in case they are going to bring in more stringent rule again soon. So I hope to get ILR ASAP.
