Is anyone recently apply for children first time application? What documents need for Irish naturalised child? I will be grateful if anyone help me plz. Thanks
Consent form signed by both parents/guardians and Garda (you will get this when you make the application)
Child's original birth Cert
Parent proof of address
Parent photocopy of public service card or drivers licence
I also included Child's foreign passport (usually not needed)
And of course naturalisation Cert
Thank you very much. Really appreciated.

Can someone please guide or validate my understanding on the below?

Good news is that yesterday we received a letter stating that my son's (under 16) application has been granted for natiralisation. Below are the documents to be uploaded while making a payment of 200 Euro on Online Forms Portal:
  • Current passport scanned copy of the biometric page
  • Digital version of colour passport sized photograph

Since my son is under 16 and no Irish Travel Document, I suppose there is nothing to post to the department.

Please validate my understanding that I don't have anything to post (other than submitting forms on the Online Portal while making a payment).

Thanks in advance

Hi.
You dont need to send any thing by post.

●upload passport page.
●upload Photo
●Pay fee online.

You will get confirmation of payment processing email in few weeks and then cert after that email in few more weeks.

Hi again,

Can you please let me know on the application status on Online Forms Portal upon uploading documents, Photogrpah and paying fees?

I have received an automated mail acknowledging the fees paid transaction. Currently the application status is "Submitted(1)". Is this correct?

Can someone please let me know about the status?

Thanks

The application form asks first for the mother's postal address and second for the father's postal address. Where parents live at different addresses, to which address will the Department of Justice send correspondence?

Thanks... frustrating as I already did passport application. Only waiting for the Cert. For my first son it was much quicker. It arrived exactly 5 days after fee was processed... Anyway, will keep waiting...

I received an email on 29th June stating, that citizenship fees have been processed and the certificate will be delivered in 2-3 days.
But I have not delivered the certificate yet. Is anyone in a similar situation?

How do we see the current application status? I submitted on July 1st and only got the 200 euro ack mail same day and nothing else. How long does it take to get the processing mail?

Need a bit of help please!

I got a notification for my son that they will send the certification by registered, but no tracking number in the email and that envelope should arrive between 7 or 9th of July!

And we didn't got it as of now !

Contacted the AnPOst and they said can help if I don't have a tracking number :(
I've sent an email to the immigration email but no reply as of now!

What I should do next?

Thanks a mill!
