Hi, has anyone recently applied/received recently for a British passport where it mentioned there are other passports/passport number in the comments section? Thanks !

Do you mean that details of other passports are mentioned on the Observations page of your new British passport?

Yes, that can be done in case the names (layout/order, accents, character length) in the other passports and the British passport cannot be reconciled.
