Tier 2 Curtailment letter not received, does 60 days gap between employer will affect on ILR application?

Hi,
My Sponsor license was revoked on 20 May 2022 and I'm still waiting for my Curtailment letter. and next month (August) I will join to my new Employer and they will issue COS Letter. does 60 days GAP between employers will revoke my ILR application which is January 2025.

Need an expert reply with reference. Thanks

No. Similarly, there is no separate 60 days limit between change of employers in Appendix Skilled worker.

One more question - my previous employer's license was suspended on 20 May 2022 and my next employment contract with another employer starts on 1st September. so can I apply without a Curtailment letter which i haven't received yet and will it be any effect on my next Tier 2 visa application?
