Title deeds

Post by ukvisa123 » Tue Jun 07, 2022 8:20 pm

Hi, I moved twice in the last 2 years and my husband's visa is up for renewal in 12 days. We just completed on house purchase and title submission is underway. How do I prove the living situation?

You must have some paperwork that shows your proof of address. Use anything you have. You must have constantly changed your address on your bank accounts, payslips, drivers license, there's always a proof of address.

Time lived in UK

Post by ukvisa123 » Tue Jun 14, 2022 10:48 pm

Hi, How should I answer time lived in UK on FLR(M) application.

My husband left in 2018 and returned on entry clearance in 2019 after his previous visa is cancelled. Should we state the time since entry clearance or prior( he first arrived in 2007)

Thanks

Hi

Long story short

My husband previous had a flaky immigration history and he had to leave the country and came back on Entry clearance which was granted after appeal.

We now satisfy all the conditions of extension but unsure on how to answer trivial question such as how long you lived together etc.. as I am unsure if it since the grant of EC or when we first met which was 14 years ago

State the time based on which the extention is being applied on. Any previous in flaky time not relevant to present application but you may mention it in additional information section.

When it comes to 'when did you come to UK?' should it be the new EC or when he first came in 2007

The EC, remember to shed more light on his immigration history in cover note or additional information section.

Hi

One more question.

How likely are UKVI refuse visa for extention based on suitability after EC? The reason I ask is my husband did not have a good history prior to returning on EC?

We have filled in info accurately on the current application and explained his history briefly on a cover letter

Thanks

You can not get a definitive response on above as each application is said to be dealt with and decided on its own merit.

The latest would be on the day itself. Not sure why you just don't upload your documents yourself. It just adding attachments to various fields.

Thank you

The application has been filled in by the Solicitor using their email ID so I cannot retrieve the application my self.

They did say that they will be uploading them in time and they did help us the last time as well

Ask your solicitor to print and give you a copy of the application for your records. Check the details entered.

They did, all of the details they filled are correct except for minor mistake on date when we started the relationship. Solicitor goes they will explain this on cover letter

Very correct especially when the solicitor is not liable for anything should application fail.
