BRP Validity Date

Hi Everyone,

If anyone could please help me, I would really appreciate! I would not be able to make it without this forum.

Initial BRP Details:
Date of Issue: 25 Nov 2019
Valid Until: 9 Sept 2022 -
Arrived in the UK: 9 Dec 2019

So I made an application for FLR M last 12 Jun 2022. Ive made sure I applied having lived here in the UK for 30 months minimum.
I received decision 17 July 2022, successful. On the email it says that 'You have been granted permission to stay in the UK until 14 Feb 2025'

I received my BRP today and here are the details:
Date of issue: 18 July 2022
Valid until: 31 Dec 2024

I used an online calculator to count the months and days and it says 29 months and 13 days.

First question, why is the date on the email different than the validity date on the BRP card? Is this normal?
Second, Am I going to fall short for ILR?

If your BRP expires on 31 December 2024
You do not need to tell UKVI if your BRP expires on 31 December 2024 but your immigration status (for example, your visa) allows you to stay longer.

You will not need a BRP from 1 January 2025. You’ll be able to prove your immigration status online, without a BRP.

UKVI will update their information on how to prove your immigration status in early 2024. You do not need to do anything and your immigration status will not be affected.

The current system of BRP is to be done away with by 31st December 2024 hence all BRP being issued carries that date as expiry. A new system which is yet to be announced shall come into force. Waiting for the modalities of the transition.

I haven’t read your letter but in our one is mentioned that not to be worry if the validity of this brp is 31/12/2024.

Can you please tell us if you have received the decision letter attached to the decision email please? Of separately if you have received please?
