IHS REFERENCE LOST

HI all, last year i applied via a solicitor for a IHS fee waiver and it got approved via the solicitors email address and she's nowhere to be found now. i'm trying to apply for my daughter to join us a family they asked for our IHS reference number but we don't have it.

1.my question is can we get the IHS without our solicitor?
2.is there a chance they might add her as well and not pay for IHS?

Check hard copy of your application form, you mat find it, (if you have kept save with you the hard copy)
