Refund for Priority services

Hi,
I had applied for priority services for ILR application this month for me and my dependents. However I didn't get a decision within the 5 working day service time, the decision came after 12 working days. Am I eligible for a refund for all of us.
If yes, does anyone know how to get the refund from UKVI.
