Immigration Heath surcharge refund

Hi Experts,

I have paid 3 years IHS for my son but the visa is offered for only 6 months because my partner has got 6 months left.

As per my understanding, I am eligible for refund but did not receive automatically. Where do I contact asking for refund ?
