A friend of mine who's a British citizen has family back in Pakistan wants to apply for his maiden child visa who soon will be turning to 18. He wants to apply before he's 18 years old but his wife will not be applying due to her mother's critical medical conditions. He has a few questions to ask:

1. He is currently living in a shared property and the lease is not on his name, can he still apply on that property address or does he need to have lease on his name?
2. Is it mendatory to provide utility bills on his name? If yes, can those be provided after the submission of application as he may not get the bills untill next month?
3. Does the underage child have to pass a language test in Pakistan?
4. How much maintenance funds need to be shown in account?
5. Can the call logs from whatsapp and other apps be shown as a proof of being in regular contact as they do not chat on any social media platform, instead the family is in contact via voice calls.
Finally, what's the name of application form need do be filled in? Can it be filled in by (father) or the child has to do it from Pakistan?
