Spouse Visa Extension(Urgent Help needed please)

Hi All,

Have a few questions to ask please for my wife's visa extension?

1- 12 Documents to prove the relationship, if My wife cannot fulfil it, can I provide more of mine? and any effects on extension if we cannot provide?
2- Do the documents have to be dated for over two continuous years or can be for any recent date?
3- The visa expires end of July, can she get on a day appointment if she applies at the start of July? She still needs to pass English Test!
4- Have a baby, does this help towards anything?
5- Claimed Only child benefit since Nov 2021, does this affect?
6- What from we are filling in(just to check), and how much health surcharge?

2- Do the documents have to be dated for over two continuous years or can be for any recent date?

To cover period of 2years, counting backwards from the extension application date.

3- The visa expires end of July, can she get on a day appointment if she applies at the start of July? No one can assure you of what appointment you will get. Note that important is to apply and pay before current leave expires, biometrics appointment can come after leave expiration.. She still needs to pass English Test! B1 preferably
4- Have a baby, does this help towards anything? Not so much in terms of your FLRM
5- Claimed Only child benefit since Nov 2021, does this affect? No
6- What from we are filling in(just to check), and how much health surcharge?

Do we upload documents after filling and submitting the application online, and do we have an option of altering, adding and removing documents on the uploading platform until a biometric appointment.

Also, but confused with this statement: The dates of the items of correspondence should be spread evenly over the whole 2 years.

So am I supposed to provide 6 each of correspondences: e.g.,
Correspondence 1: Bank 1 statements and bank letters- I need to provide for the whole 2 years(issued monthly and letters throughout two years)?
Correspondence 2: Bank 2 statements and bank letters- I need to provide for the whole 2 years(issued monthly and letters throughout two years)?
Correspondence 3: Letter from NI Dwp when I arrived but only covers the first two months of these two years
Correspondence 4: GP letter just confirming current address and hospital letters while having baby covering roughly 3 months?
Correspondence 5: Tv LICENCE shows only one date
Correspondence 6: DVLA Letter when applied but covers only 1 month
Correspondence 7: Joint council tax bill but only register recently

Please help in the broader picture>?

Just follow upcoming instructions, you will be fine if money has been taken out from your account it will be mentioned in the bank statement. Did you check that? And possibly a reference .

You need 6 different correspondence for each year evenly distributed ( 3+3=6) applicant + spouse. Same for next year. Hope this will help. And if you have joint than 3 for each year. You can read the guide line from the online application as well.

My appointment is tomorrow! Is it because its less than 48 hours left for appointment and not giving me to submit the documents?

Also it shows documents uploaded and if above is the case do I need to worry about taking the documents with me for appointment?
