Both father and mother’s EUSS applications were submitted simultaneously in Islamabad. VFS called the mother the next day regarding some document upload issues. They went again, and the documents were scanned again. VFS Global sent a confirmation email to the father but not the mother. At that time, we complained, but they said everything was fine. We should not worry about it.
After a month, we received the ‘UK Visa Application - Receipt Acknowledged’ email from UKVI for both mom and dad applications on the same day. We got the comfort that the Mom application went through properly.
Last week, the father received an email from VFS Global for passport collection and got the visa. There was no correspondence from UKVI. Gladly, Father got the visa. But no word about Mom’s application.
Now the problem is that there was an issue with Mom’s application notification, and we think it could be the same issue. Her application may also be approved, but VFS Global system may have the same glitch, and the system does not show up.
What should we do? Is there any link to get an update on the Mom application in the UK or VFS Global?
