Settled person wants to bring wife and kids to the UK

Hello friends,

If a person who is settled in the country (ILR for 19+ years) would like to bring their wife and kids over, I’m assuming the wife would need to apply for a Spouse Visa right? But what kind of visa would the kids need? Can they apply for ILE straightaway? Would it make a difference if the settled person became a British Citizen?

Spouse settlment visa yes.

Children will apply for the child settlement visa and follow the same visa am immigration path as their mother.

No difference if person is British. It is the same visa route.
