PBS Dependent extension

Hi All

Very nice to see this forum and the discussions. These are really very helpful.

I am also in the same situation my wife has completing 5 years on Tier 2 General and applying for ILR, but I switched to this visa as dependant only after 6 months hence I am along with my son competing 4 years 6 months as dependant.

While I start my application I am seeing little different questions and not sure about what to fill, request you to look into this and help me.

Eligibility
Has your spouse or partner applied to work or study in the UK? Yes
Is your partner in the UK now? Yes
Was your spouse or partner in the UK when they applied? (What need to be mentioned here, I assume it will be yes as she applied for Tier 2 General visa from India)
What visa have they applied for? Skilled worker
Has your partner been informed they are eligible for a Health and Care visa? No


Immigration status
Do you have a current UK visa, entry clearance or grant of leave? Yes
What UK visa, entry clearance or grant of leave do you have? PBS Dependant (this is not a drop down, we need to enter, is it the right one
Do you have any other applications in progress to stay in the UK? No

People applying with you
Does xxxxxxx already have their Skilled worker visa? Yes
Do you have xxxxxxxx UAN? Yes
What is xxxxxxx UAN? Does it need to be my wife's Tier 2 General BRP card number or her ILR application UAN
Are any ofxxxxxx children applying with you? Yes (I assume it need to be as as my son will also apply for extension)
Have any of xxxxxx children already applied? No

I also have observed that the questions for my son's application looks different to what's been asked in my application.
Appreciate your opinions on the above questions.
