Visa for 2nd wife, after divorcing 1st

Hello Forum,

My first wife came to UK with me before 2015, and we went back to Pakistan. I had British Citizenship at that point, my wife did not.

Unfortunately, we got divorced, last year.

I'm marrying again and want to apply for spouse visa for my 2nd wife.
I'm currently in the UK.

Other than Nikah Nama/Marriage Certificate for my 2nd wife, do I need to attach any other documents? (apart from usual financial and ID docs).

Yes, and the divorce certificate must be dated before your second marriage date.

Does ACCA count as a degree obtained from the UK, for exemption in English language requirement, while the study was conducted in Pakistan?
