Hi Guys,
I was just going through my ESTA form. I have got the ESTA, so all good there.
However, when I was just going through my form again, I noticed an error on my part.
In the box to fill my father’s name, I mentioned my father’s surname in the GIVEN NAME box as well as in the SURNAME box.
Would that be any problem at the USA border control, please? Does anyone know? Should I apply for my ESTA again? Really worried now that I may not be allowed entry due to this.
Please help anyway, and thank you very much in advance.
You didn't need to start a new topic for this. You could easily have continued in your other thread.
@CR001 can you please merge this.
American Border Force are pretty much as crazy as they come. For peace of mind, you can apply again. It only costs $21. ESTA gets approved in less than 48 hours, sometimes instantly. It would override your previous approval.
It's a minor mistake, but there's no telling how things would pan out, except one has a crystal ball (Nostradamus style).
