Defined CoS aprroval time frame after additional documents

Dear all

I have applied for Defined Cos 5 weeks back and currently in sixth week. I sent email for home office but did not get any response so far. I urgently require the person to start the job.
Do anyone help out how long currently its taking to get defined CoS. Is Ukrainian crisis affecting the Defined CoS process?

I am also facing a similar issue.
My company applied for Defined COS on 20 June 2022. Additional information was requested by Home Office on 24 June 2022. Our lawyer had replied to same on 30 June 2022.

It is the 7th week going on and we have not received any response from home office. On SMS portal the application is shown as under review.

Can anyone please provide any helpline number or email where I can followup? My visa is stuck because of this for 2 months now.

It is up to your employer to contact UKVI, they have a direct line to the Business Helpdesk. It is not your responsibility to chase or query with UKVI.

Hi,

The employer’s lawyer is trying to reach them through email but I am not sure if he has been calling them.

Can you give me the contact details for Business helpline so that I can check with the lawyer once?

Also, is there a general delay in issuing the defined COS or is it just my case that is delayed?

I think there is a delay ,my employer send additional documents on the 4th of August tl now no response.
