Once the spouse visa is granted from applying outside the UK, they get the temporary entry visa in the passport correct?
Once they arrive in UK, how long does it take to get the BRP roughly?

Sorry and also how long does it take to get the temporary entry visa in the passport from vfs, can they get it the same day or do they need to send or drop the passport off? and wait for it to be delivered back?

That's assuming the application hasn't been cancelled and she is even allowed into the uk.

So do they have to apply again once in the UK? or once the visa is granted, it gets sent to the post post office automatically? so if the visa was granted 10 days ago, it would at the post office now roughly? or do they need to come to UK first and then apply?

Brp cards are issued automatically! Nothing that needs to be applied for

Ok and regarding the VFS, if the passport is with the applicant. How do they get the vignette? How long does the process take? Can they book an appointment, take the passport and get it the same day? r would they need to leave the passport or post it and wit until its returned? How long would that take roughly?

If applicant used the "retain passport service" this would be explained in an email and or info brochure at point of purchase.
No one can tell how long it takes, even roughly as each application and processing times ala passport return varies.
