COS start date is irrelevant for ILR. ILR qualifying period starts from the initial visa issue date. Any NARIC issued certificate is validifylolly wrote: ↑Sun Sep 18, 2022 6:36 pmHello, I'll like some advice please. My CoS was a 5 year one. It expires on the 14/02/2023, I got into the country 1st of April, 2018. Will this also count as 5 years as it will truly be 5 years on 01/04/2023.
Also is UK naric acceptable as proof of english for both myself and dependent. Thanks.
What was the initial visa start date on the vignette sticker in your passport and what is the bro start date? Without this information, we cannot offer any advice.ifylolly wrote: ↑Sun Sep 25, 2022 5:01 pmHello
I originally got a 5 year sponsorship but my visa expires before the 28 days ILR eligibility period. Will my sponsor be able to get another CoS for me to extend. I saw on gov.uk that the maximum they can sponsor for is 5 years. What do I do? Do I just apply for a new job.
Thanks.
A COS is issued once. It is NOT needed after thatifylolly wrote: ↑Sun Sep 25, 2022 5:01 pmHello
