ILR eligibility

Post by mohitr » Fri Sep 30, 2022 1:40 pm

Hi,

I have completed 5 years in the UK on mix of Skilled worker dependant (2.5 years) and Skilled worker main applicant (2.5 years). Does that mean I can apply for ILR or it has to be 5 years on either dependant or as main applicant

Thanks,
Mohit

No you cannot apply for ILR yet as you do not qualify.
or it has to be 5 years on either dependant or as main applicant
Correct. Switching to Skilled Worker main applicant reset your 5 year ILR clock to zero.
